The first time you use our Online Utility Bill Pay Application, you will need to create a pin number/password. You need to do this only once.

To complete the pin number creation process, please have your Wilson Energy Utility Services Invoice available. You will need the Customer/Location Number(Account Number) and Cycle/Route Number, located at the top of the invoice.

The Customer/Location Number (Account Number) and Cycle/Route Number must be entered exactly as it appears on your invoice, including any dashes(-).

Next, click the online payment link on the right side of this page. On the Utility Payment sign-on page, click the Create Pin button on the left (blue button).

Enter a pin number in the "New Pin" text box. Your pin number can be alpha, numeric, or a combination of up to ten (10) characters. Reenter your pin number in the "Verify Pin" text box. Enter a pin/password hint in the "Password Hint Pin Hint" text box.

Finally enter your email address in the "Email Address" text box, then enter your email address once more in the "Verify Email Address" text box. Click Submit.

If all information was entered correctly you will see this message:

We will be sending an email out to you momentarily containing instructions on how to complete the registration process.


 You will receive an email from Wilson Energy. Receipt of the email could take up to one hour depending on your ISP (Internet Service Provider). PLEASE NOTE : Some email services (i.e. AOL, Hotmail, etc) may perceive this email as Spam and send it directly to your Junk Email folder. Please check your "junk" email folder for the Wilson Energy email if it has not arrived in your inbox after an hour.

****Attention AOL Customers - you must copy and paste the URL into the Address Box to complete the registration process****

You MUST click the link in the email you receive in order for your account activation to complete.

Enter your account number and the new pin number you created, then click sign-on.

You should see this message on the screen:

Your account has been enabled. Please click below to sign into the system.

Click Sign-On. Finally, enter your account # and pin again then click Sign-on once more.
