Wilson city offices will be closed Friday, April 7, for the Easter holiday. The customer service office will also be closed Saturday, April 8.

The holiday means that Monday and Tuesday routes will stay the same. Thursday routes will be services on Wednesday, and Friday's route on Thursday. The short week also means no special trash pickups on Wednesday, April 5.

The city’s micro-transit system, RIDE Powered by Via, will be operating Friday but with a reduced driver pool. Use the Via app or call 252-595-5357 to schedule rides.

All emergency services will operate on normal schedules. Other offices will reopen Monday, April 10.

People wishing to pay bills have other options:

• Doing so online at www.WilsonNC.org;

• Using the automated system at 399-2200; or

• Leaving payments in the dropbox at the customer service center on Nash Street. It is located in the drive-through lane.
