It is my pleasure to welcome you to Wilson Fire/Rescue Services’ webpage where you can learn about your fire department!
I have the honor of leading an amazing group of dedicated men and women whose solitary focus is to provide superior service. Their tireless work towards improving safety, minimizing loss, and responding to the calls for service is unparalleled. Wilson Fire/Rescue Services is an internationally accredited agency with an Insurance Service Office (ISO) rating of Class 1. We are an all-hazard emergency service delivery agency that serves a diverse community of close to 50,000 residents and visitors.
We embrace the challenges and opportunities of providing these services in a fast-pace and complex environment. Through training, innovation, and a data-driven decision-making lens, we are able to remain in a constant state of improvement. We will continue to mold and shape our services to meet the ever-changing needs of this community. We will also continue to seek more effective and efficient means of delivering our services.
