RULES FOR PERSONS ADDRESSING COUNCIL

• Each speaker wishing to address Council during the Call on the Audience at the end of the agenda will be required to sign in with the City Clerk prior to the start of the Business meeting.  When called on by the City Clerk, please state your name, address and phone number when addressing Council.

• Each speaker will be limited to speaking one time on any topic.  When you are finished speaking,    please step away from the podium and be seated.

• Each speaker will be limited to three (3) minutes   and each group's representative will be limited to a maximum of five (5) total minutes.  Each group is encouraged to designate a single spokesperson for   their group.

• Each speaker will confine himself or herself to the general question before the Council and avoid irrelevant comments and personalities.
