Starting a new business in Wilson? You've made a good choice! We know you have a lot to do and we want starting utility services to be as easy as possible. The Commercial Utility Checklist below provides a list of all items we need to get you started.

 All new service requests are processed Monday through Friday, from 8:30am - 4:00pm except Municipal Holidays. If you have any questions, please call Customer Service at (252) 399-2200.

Privilege (Business) License - Beer & Wine Sales and Taxi Service 

Will you be selling beer/wine in the City of Wilson or are you a Taxi Cab operating in Wilson? If so, you must obtain a Privilege License. Please fill out the application below and call Accounts Receivable at (252) 399-2163.
