The City of Wilson offers a 24/7 payment option using your phone or mobile device called Express Pay! Express Pay allows customers to make a payment, review account information and/or access payment and billing history over the phone. The Customer Service Center is located at 208 Nash Street NE in Wilson, North Carolina and is open for customers to make payments in the office Monday – Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, or through our four lane Drive Thru Monday – Friday from 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM.

Need to make a payment after Business Hours?

Visit our Night Deposit Box, located in Lane 1 of the Drive Thru. Check and money order payments only. Payments deposited after 8:00 AM will be processed the next business day.
