Here’s how it works

• Send us a voided check and authorization form - that's it!
• You’ll have plenty of notice before your account is drafted. The payment will draft on the due date.
• Once enrolled in Bank Draft, there will be a message on your Utility bill notifying you when the payment will be deducted from your account.
• If you change banks, let us know. We’ll need a voided check from the new account.
