Reminder Fair Tickets will have to be purchased at the NC Fairgrounds for $13 for anyone under 64.
Vans will leave recreation Park center at 7:30am and return by 5:00pm

Balance & Stretch Class is designed to help you become stronger and improve balance. The movements taught in class focus on specific exercises to improve strength and power around the ankle, knee and hip joints, while improving your reaction time. This class is designed for fall prevention and is suitable for nearly every fitness level. It can be adapted depending on the skill of individual participants. A chair may be used for balance and support.
All fitness levels can participate. Ages 60+

Loyal Leisure Senior Citizens Club

Loyal Leisure meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month at 10:00 am at Reid Street Center. Our members are a spirited group that participates in field trips, senior games, talent shows, festivals, and much more. This club is also a member of the NC Association of Senior Citizen Clubs - District 1-A.
