UNIFIED Kicks Inclusion Soccer

Wilson Parks and Recreation is excited to offer Unified Kicks Inclusion Soccer Program in partnership with Special Olympics Wilson County. We offer this league at no cost for children/ adults ages 7 & up with and without disabilities.

This league will follow the Special Olympics Unified Sports recreation model. Special Olympics Unified Sports promotes social inclusion through shared sport training and competition experiences for individuals with and without intellectual disabilities

Registration Dates: August 1 - September 6

The Miracle League removes the barriers that keep individuals with mental and physical disabilities off the baseball field and lets them experience the joy of America’s favorite pastime.

Class is offered Free for Special Needs Participants

30 Minutes of FUN Exercise

Classes go from November – May

Class Times: Monday & Wednesday 11:00am - 11:45am

Weight, Blood Pressure, and BMI will be checked on each participant
Each participant will have staff/parent assist in exercise class

Registration: 1 month prior to event.

This program is offered to persons with intellectual disabilities to build skills, show courage, experience joy and participate in sharing of friendships.
