Historic Downtown Wilson has 10 charging stations that enable environmentally conscious drivers to charge their cars for free while visiting nearby shops and restaurants.

Locations

The charging stations reserved for electric cars can be found at the following locations:

• Lot #13 (near the Amtrak Train Station), 113 Lodge Street E
• Lot #1  (across from the Vollis Simpson Whirligig Park), 207 Tarboro Street W - 2 Stations
• Lot #18 (behind the city’s Customer Service Center), 207 Green Street NE
• Lot #3 (Between City Hall and the Wilson Police Department), 212 Green Street E
• Lot #8 (City of Wilson Parking Deck) 212 Broad St W - 6 Stations

The charging stations are operated by ChargePoint, which maintains an application and website to allow users to locate the chargers. Additional charging stations are coming soon to historic downtown Wilson and out side of the downtown footprint. Stay up to date with all locations by downloading the Charge Point app. The ChargePoint app is available for iOS and Android devices.
