If you have information regarding a crime or incident that occurred in the City of Wilson, please fill out the following form. You may remain anonymous, but if not, your identity will be kept confidential.

When filling out the form, please take the time to provide as much information as possible. This could include details such as license plates, vehicle descriptions, and/or the identity of suspicious or suspected criminals. Your detailed information can significantly aid in our investigation.
