Did you know adults age 65 and older are twice as likely to be killed or injured by fire or falls, and at age 75 that increases to three times that of the general population?

Remembering When™ is a program developed by National Fire Protection Association that targets injury prevention for older adults. Two prevention areas, falls and burns, are the focus in a unique delivery guaranteed to interest older adults. This program is based on activities and lessons around a theme of nostalgia including trivia games with questions regarding music, events and celebrities from days gone by. The program is designed for service clubs, social and religious organizations, retirement communities, and others. The goal of "Remembering When" is to help older adults live safely at home for as long as possible.
