Crystal Hill, our Energy Services Manager, is here to help businesses and industries with questions about electricity and natural gas. She's here to assure that you have the energy you need.

We work directly with local industries to find cost-saving improvements. Our rates are consistent with the investor-owned utilities in our area. For customers who invest in peak-shaving generation technology, we can offer rates that are lower than investor-owned utilities. Typically, peak-shaving generation equipment has about a four-year payback. The savings last much longer.

We also offer the assurance that we’ll be here when you need us. Because we don’t have to drive in from another part of the state, we respond quickly to outages. Plus, our employees are the best around. They take pride in what they do.

Key Account Resources

Have you ever had a technical question or needed research assistance, but you didn’t know where to turn or who to ask? Wilson Energy provides the answers you need.

Wilson Energy is pleased to provide the Wilson Energy Key Account Resources, a free technical assistance service that provides technical, business, research and information assistance quickly and easily. Key Account Resources is provided at no cost to you because we value our relationships with customers. We understand that if the companies we serve are strong, then we are strong.

The Key Account Resources service includes an online library of information with a database of technical business and engineering documents and resources. You can browse through the library topics or use the powerful keyword search engine to find the information you need. The online portal also includes targeted research tools (for patent searches, MSDS documents, company profile information, workplace posters, and more) and benchmark industry data.

If you can’t find exactly what you need in the library, Key Account Resources includes a technical, marketing and problem-solving “Ask an Expert” hot-line service that Wilson Energy also provides free to our customers. There is no usage limit, all questions and answers are held in strict confidence, and answers are typically issued within 24-48 hours.

Automated Load Profile Metering Portal

We have formed a partnership with Automated Energy and ElectriCities to provide metering data online so you can monitor your electricity usage and loads in a timely manner, as you work to improve your efficiency and to reduce your electricity costs. Additionally, our rates will be built into the program so that you can see what your savings would be if you make various changes to your system.
